摘要
本文概括了心理因素作用机制的四种动机理论:成就动机理论、成败归因理论、自我实现理论和自我效能理论,并从不同角度阐述了这四种动机理论对学习行为和学习效果的重要作用。同时分析了依据该理论,从分析学生的学习状态和心理特点入手,以激发学生学习动机、提供语言输出的实践平台为目的来构建校园英语文化的实践过程。
This paper deals with such theories as achievement motivation, success and failure attribution, self-realization and self - efficacy. The four theories explain the great effect of the motive of learning on students' learning activities and learning results from different perspectives. The construction of the campus English culture should be based on the scientific theories and the analysis of students' leaning process and psychological features to stimulate and improve the motive of learning .
