摘要
目的了解颅脑损伤带管出院患者随访1年间意外事件的发生情况,为开展患者连续性护理指导提供依据。方法选取神经外科中重度颅脑损伤患者50例,由固定专科护士2名随访1年,观察和询问意外事件的发生情况。结果47例患者出院后1年间分别发生各种程度的意外事件。结论对颅脑损伤带管出院患者在出院后给予连续性的专科护理指导和各类管道的护理指导,对于提高他们的生活质量,使之再次走向社会有着重要的意义。
Objective To comprehend the status of posthospital accidents in traumatic brain injury（TBI） discharged patients with catheters after one year follow-up. Methods A total of 50 patients with moderate severe TBI were followed up by 2 specialized nurses on posthospital accidents after one year of dis- charge. Results Different posthospital accidents were observed in 47 patients after one year of discharge. Conclusion Continuous and specialized nursing instructions are suggested for TBI patienets with catheters after discharge to improve their quality of life and regain motivation for returning to the community.
