摘要
利用原子吸收光谱法测定败酱草中微量元素的含量,为探讨微量元素的种类及含量与药效的关系提供了一定的科学依据。采用湿法消解溶解消化样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)对败酱草中的多种微量元素进行了分析测定。败酱草中Fe,Mg,Ca的含量分别为0.811,5.134,39.363 mg/g,该方法加标回收率在97.7%—102.8%之间,相对标准偏差RSD值(n=6)在0.13%—0.62%。火焰原子吸收光谱法快速、简单、灵敏,准确度和精密度均较好,能达到分析要求,可用于中草药中微量元素的测定。
To develop a method to determine the contents of trace lements in Whiteflower herba Patriniae with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometric(FAAS),which provide a certain amount of scientific evidence in exploring the types of trace elements and the relationship between content and effect.The sample was prepared by via wet digestion and detected trace elements in Whiteflower herba Patriniae with FAAS.The contents of Fe,Mg,Ca in Whiteflower herba Patriniae were 0.811,5.134,39.363 mg/g.The results showed that the recovery of standard addition varied from97.7%-102.8%,the relative standard deviation(n=6) was in the rage of 0.13%-0.62%.All these results prove this procedure is rapid,simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used to determine trace elements in other chinese herbs.
