摘要
以锁阳为原料采用硅藻土、明胶和PVPP复合澄清处理配制的保健酒,在204nm处吸光度衡量有效物质含量,520nm处吸光度测定色度,880nm处透光率测定澄清度,结果发现各澄清剂对澄清度、有效物质及稳定性的作用显著,其中明胶与PVPP、硅藻土与明胶复合对稳定性有明显提高,其中明胶1g/L+PVPP1g/L为最佳组合。
The paper indicated the remarkable effects on health caring liquor, which was made from Cynomorium songaricum cleared by clarifying agents, and combined kieselguhr and gelatin and PVPP. The effective composition was measured by the absorbance at 204 nm, the colour was measured by the absorbance at 520 nm, the clearing degree was measured by the transparency at 880 nm. Concerning with all aspects, the best combination was gelatin 1 g/L and PVPP 1 g/L.
