摘要
利用递归方法,用三进纯偶多项式解决了三进制数字之和函数Ap(3k)与Ap(N)的均值计算问题。
Through the recursion method,using ternary pare even polynomial solves the problem of the average value formula with the sum of numbers of ternary Ap（ek）and Ap（N）.
