摘要
通过递归方法引入二进多项式和二进纯偶多项式,用二进多项式和二进纯偶多项式分别解决了二进制数字之和函数Ap(2k)和Ap(N)的均值计算公式问题。
Binary polynomial and Binary pure even polynomial through the introduction of recursive method,using the binary polynomial and the two even polynomials,it resolves binary numbers sum and the formula calculating the mean of functions Ap（2k）,Ap（N）.
