摘要 储存环真空系统的性能主要取决于同步辐射引起的气体解吸。光子解吸系数被定义为每个光子解吸的气体分子数,它是储存环真空系统设计的一个重要参数。本文介绍了测量光子解吸系数的实验装置和原理,并对测量结果进行了分析。 The performance of the vacuum system of the storage ring depends critically on the synchrotron radiation induced gas desorption. The photo-desorption coefficient (ηi), defined as the number of desorbed gas molecules per photon,is a very important parameter for the design of the storage ring vacuum system. The experimental apparatus and the measurement principle for photo-desorption coefficient were described in this paper,and the results of measurements were also discussed.
