摘要
四川省道地药材类国家地理标志产品有11种:古蔺肝苏、南江金银花、江油附子、涪城麦冬、川芎、旺苍杜仲、雅连、中江丹参、川白芷、都江堰厚朴、金口河乌天麻,占全国同类产品的11.96%。本文介绍了四川省国家地理标志产品保护概况,并从产品种类、保护范围、地理标志产品专用标志、国家质量标准、地理标志商标、中药材GAP认证等方面,分析了四川道地药材类国家地理标志产品的保护现状与存在问题,并提出了几点针对性建议。
There were 11 kinds of national products of geographical indication of geo-anthentic crude drugs in Sichuan, accounting for 11.96 % of the similar products. The conservation survey of national products of geographical indication was diseribed in Sichuan. The product category protection scope, special mark of national products of geographical indication, national quality standards, trademarks of geographical indication, the certification of good agricultural practice for Chinese crude drugs were studied to analyze protection status of the national products of geographical indications, and the pertinence suggestions were put forward.
