Application of RBI Technology in Atmospheric Storage Tanks

摘要 根据API 581常压储罐基于风险的检验(RBI)技术原理,利用DNV的ASTRBI软件对20台大型常压储罐进行了风险评估,结果表明该储罐群没有高风险项,中高风险项、中风险项和低风险项的比例分别为:12.5%,67.5%和20%。针对各台储罐不同的风险等级,提出降低风险的措施,并制定了优化检验策略。最后有针对性地选取一台中高风险储罐和一台中风险储罐,通过对底板的漏磁检测,与评估结果进行对比分析,验证了储罐RBI技术的可靠性。 According to API 581 and principle of risk based inspection (RBI) on atmospheric storage tanks ( AST), risk evaluation was made on 20 storage tanks by using AST RBI software of DNV. Results show that there is no high risk item, and the percentage of medium high risk, medium risk and low risk are respectively 12.5% , 67.5% and 20%. The inspection measure and strategy for risk reduction were made according to different risk level of the storage tanks. Moreover, a medium high risk tank and a medium risk tank were picked out and taken floor magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing. The reliability of RBI has been confirmed by the compare of MFL testing and evaluation results.
