摘要
研究北京市城区不同职业女职工的体育现状、特点，影响她们参与体育活动的因素，以及不利于女职工参加体育活动的消极影响，探求女职工体育与社会、企业、家庭、个人的关系，及其在文明科学、幸福和谐、健康完善的生活观念和生活方式中的地位。
The current situations and characteristics of sport of woman employees in four different professions in Beijing city zones, factors preventing them from participating in physical activities and the negative influences, disadvantageous to their participation in physical activities were researched. The relationship between sport of woman employees and the society, their enterprises, their families and individuals were approached.The position of woman employees in cultural and scientific, happy and harmonious, healthy and perfect life conception as well as life-style were also approached.
