摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、走访等方法,对广东省大型企业改制后职工体育管理体制、运行机制及职工体育人口现状进行调查研究,试图探寻企业职工体育管理规律。
Through using the method ot hterature ,questionnaire ,interview and investigation,this paper made investigation on sport management system, running mechanism and current condition of sport population for workers in large enterprises in Guangdong province after being re-organized, tried to explore the rule of worker＇s sport management. The new model of worker＇s sport management that to be set up not only has important function on developing worker＇s sport in large enterprises, but also provides the reference for sport administrative department for decision-maklng.
