摘要
学校体育是培养全面发展人才的一个重要组成部分。学校体育工作的好坏,很大程度上取决于体育教师的工作质量,直接反映在体育教师所应具备的能力结构上。由于体育教师工作任务、范围、对象的特点和教学过程、形式和方法手段的特殊性,体育教师的能力结构应包括对教育影响进行加工、传导的能力,组织管理能力、创造思维能力、科研能力、社会交往能力等几个主要方面的能力。
Physical education is one of an inportant parts in cultivating completely developed students.Physical education in schools depends on the quality of physical education teachers in great degree, which embodies their ability formation. Because of the particularity of physical education teachers' task and the differences of the teaching processes and methods, the ability formation of physical education teachers involves conveying ability,management ability, creative thinking ability, scientific research ability and social ability.
