以生产线流程组织实训内容,实训期间采用企业化管理模式,使学生了解原材料采购、新产品开发、中试生产、质检、上市销售的全过程,培养学生的实践能力、质量管理能力及进入企业后的角色转换。
In the course of pharmaceutical engineering production training, the authors organize practical training content according to the production line process, and adopt enterprise management model during practical training. By this training model, students can understand the entire process of the raw material sourcing, new product develop- ment, pilot production, quality control and sale, also develop practical ability, quality management, and the capacity of role changes into the enterprise.
