摘要
CBE 教育的关键是课程开发,它强调课程以解决问题为中心,开发以能力为本位的课程资源。在药学高职教育中,中国药科大学高职学院按照岗位能力要求设计药学高职人才的专项职业能力课程,创建了校内外实训基地,完善了以职业测评为主的教学评价方式。药学类专业双证书、多证书教学评价制度的推行,为药学高职学生适应社会需要,顺利就业创造了良好的条件,有利于培养学生的实践创新能力和创业能力。
The key to CBE is course development.It emphasizes that the core of courses is problem-solving and competency based courses should be developed.In higher-vocational pharmacy education,Altitude Voca- tional School of China Pharmaceutical University designed special courses to improve the ability of higher-voca- tional pharmacy talents according to the requirements of positions,created on-campus and outside-campus training bases,perfected teaching evaluation featuring career evaluation.The implementation of dual-certifi- cate and multi-certificate evaluation system in pharmaceutical specialty sets up good conditions for students' accommodation to the requirements of the society and successful employment,and is beneficial for cultivating students'innovative and enterprising abilities.
