摘要
目的了解影响护理专业毕业生护士执业考试成绩的相关因素，寻求提高考试成绩和一次通过率的有效措施。方法对参加2009年护士执业考试的1923名应届护理毕业生进行问卷调查。结果学生的入学起点、学历层次、实习医院等级、医院所在地、是否参加考前复习及复习努力程度6项因素影响学生的总成绩和一次通过率。结论保证生源质量、提高培养层次及加强实践环节的教学和管理是提高护理专业毕业生素质，确保护理质量和护理安全的基本措施。
Objective To investigate the factors affecting the scores of examination for nurse＇s license in nursing graduates, and explore the effective methods for improving the scores. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted in 1923 nursing graduates who attended Qualified Nursing Test in 2009. Results The educational background,education level, the grade and location of practicing hospital ,whether or not attending review and the degree of effort making for the exam- ination affected the total score and pass rate of the Qualified Nursing Test. Conclusion The quality of students,education level and clinical practice should be emphasized on nursing education.
