摘要
由于铈(Ⅳ)对罗丹明B有褪色作用,进行分光光度法测定铈。实验表明,在pH0.5~1.5H2SO4介质中,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为554nm,铈量在4.8×10-3~2mg/L范围内与有色溶液吸光度的减少值成线性关系。方法简单、快速、准确、选择性好。用于测定含稀土样品中的铈,结果令人满意。
The decolouring reaction which results from the oxidation of Rhodamine B by cerium (Ⅳ) in pH 0.5~ 1.5 (H 2SO 4) has been studied. The decrease in colour is directly proportional to amount of cerium. The maximum absorption is at 554 nm. Beer′s law is obeyed from 4.8×10 3 to 2 mg/L for cerium. The method has been used for determination of cerium in sample that contain rare earth with satisfactory results.
