摘要
采用电沉积法制备不锈钢基PbO2电极。采用SEM、XRD、XPS等方法对电极的表面形貌、元素组成及元素化学态进行表征和分析。对不锈钢基PbO2电极电催化氧化活性艳兰模拟废水的脱色效果进行研究,结果表明:当电流密度为40 mA/cm2、无水硫酸钠浓度为0.04 mol/L,电解25 mg/L的活性艳兰模拟废水15 min,脱色率可以达到95%以上。
The PbO2 electrode on stainless steel substrate was prepared by electrodeposition. The micrograph, element composition and chemical state on the electrode surface were analyzed by SEM, XRD and XPS. The decoloration of reactive brilliant blue simulated wastewater was studied by electro-catalytic oxidation method with the PbO2 electrode on stainless steel substrate. The results showed that the decoloration rate could reach more than 95 % after electrolyzing 25 mg/L reactive brilliant blue simulated wastewater for 15 min when the current density is 40 mA/cm^2 and supporting electrolyte concentration is 0.04 mol/L.
