摘要
针对国外已运行和国内在建的1000MW超超临界机组给水泵选型情况,考虑到1000MW高效率的超超临界参数机组电厂将来在电力系统中主要承担基本负荷,在保证机组运行安全、可靠的前提下,通过对主给水泵的型式、容量及启动/备用给水泵的配置进行技术经济比较后,建议采用2×50%BMCR容量汽动给水泵和25%-30%的定速启动泵,提高运行的热经济性和运行的可靠性,并降低工程投资。
Pointing to situation of feed pump model used for 1 000 MW extra supercritical (ESC) units under operation abroad and under construction in China, considering that the power plants of 1 000 MW ESC units will bear the basic load in the system, 2 ×50% BMCR turbine driving feed pumps and 25% - 30% fixed - speed startup pumps are recommended after technical economical comparison of model and capacity of the main feed pumps, configuration of startup/standby feed pumps in the conditions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the units. The previous arrangement can increase the thermal economy and reliability of operation and reduce the investment on the project.
