摘要
分析了世博会期间华东及上海电网电力平衡情况及安全供电形势,提出了日常运行方式安排和实时调度中需要高度关注的方面。将世博电网安全保障工作分为世博保电前期准备阶段、世博保电临战阶段、世博会展会阶段,并分阶段研究提出世博保电调度运行方案及措施要求。
The power balance and the safe power supply situations of East China and Shanghai Power Grid during the World Expo were analyzed in the paper.The arrangement of the daily operation mode and the aspects which should be paid high attention to in the real time dispatching were proposed.The World Expo power grid safeguard work was separated into three stages,such as the prophase preparation stage,the pre-war stage and the exhibition stage.The dispatching operation scheme and measure requirements for the World Expo power safeguard were then researched and proposed according to different stages.
