Trends in the Research and Applications of Fatty Acid Synthase Inhibitors

摘要 脂肪酸合成酶(fattyacid synthase,FAS)是脂肪酸合成过程中的关键酶。近年来发现,FAS与减肥、抗癌有着密切关系,因此开发FAS的抑制剂有望为相关疾病的治疗开拓新的途径。本文根据最近国内外研发动态,分别从该酶的减肥、抗癌机制、抑制剂开发等方面进行了综述,并对该酶及抑制剂的研究前景及发展趋势予以预估,以期为相关的研究提供有价值的参考。 Fatty acid synthase (FAS), a key enzyme in the biosynthesis of long-chain fatty acid, has been discovered that it is closely associated with weight loss and anti-cancer recently, it is therefore expected that exploiting FAS inhibitors may provide a new approach for therapy of diseases related. In the light of the data available either at home or abroad, the research and development of both fatty acid synthase and fatty acid synthase inhibitors are systematically summarized, the weight reduction, anti-cancer mechanisms, inhibitors exploitation and so on in particular, the prospects are also evaluated in order to provide a valuable reference for further investigation.
