摘要
分析了金融在支持循环经济发展中的必要性和重要性,并指出了中国循环经济发展中金融支持不足的原因,主张以市场化、产业化等为原则建立有利于循环经济发展的政策性金融创新、商业性金融创新,进而制定和完善有利于推动循环经济发展的金融信贷融资体系,更好的发挥金融对循环经济发展的支持作用。
This paper analyzes the necessity and importance of financial support for the development of circular economy and pointed out that the development of China＇s circular economy＇s reasons for lack of financial support,advocating a market-oriented,industrialized principle of circular economy development to create an enabling policy-related financial innovation,commerce-related financial innovation,thus help to improve the development of circular economy＇s financial credit and financing system,and become a better play to the financial support for the development of the role of circular economy.
