摘要
发展循环经济是汉中市实施科学发展、突破发展的重要战略。当前,由于政府、企业的重视,汉中工业循环经济发展取得一定成绩,但也存在部分企业认识不到位、缺乏金融体系支持、工业结构不合理等问题。针对目前存在的问题,提出必须加大对发展循环经济的宣传力度,树立企业的循环经济社会责任观,加大政府政策支持力度,建立绿色GDP核算体系,依靠科技进步促进节能减排。同时,要加大招商引资,弥补循环经济缺失链条,使循环经济产业园真正循环起来。
Developing circular economy is an important strategic for development of breakthrough in Hanzhong.At present,there are many issues in development of circular economy for Hanzhong,for example,the enterprises had not correct recognition for it,lack of financial support,the industrial structure is not reasonable and so on.According to the existing problems we should increase publicity strength for developing industrial circular economy,set up responsibility view of enterprises,strengthen the government policy support,establish green GDP accounting system and promote energy saving and emission reduction by advancing technology.Meanwhile,to enlarge the strength of attracting investment,make up the absent chains of circular economy to revive the circular economy industrial park indeed.
