摘要
应用自制的生物素基因探针做斑点杂交及聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术，对临床可疑ＨＳＫ病人的１８份角膜试子标本进行了检测，阳性率分别为５０％、８３．３％。
e used dot hybridization with the biotin gene probe and PCR to detect 18 specimens suspicious of HSK patients.The result showed that positive rates were 50% and 833% respectively.We made preliminary research for the possibility of HSK gene diagnosis to be used in clinic.
