摘要
目的:建立复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法建立了处方中醋酸地塞米松的鉴别项;采用化学反应法建立了尿素的鉴别项;采用HPLC法建立了醋酸地塞米松的含量测定项。结果:醋酸地塞米松在0.0622～0.5598μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,γ=0.99997,平均回收率为100.79%,RSD%为1.10%。结论:方法简便、准确,重现性好,能有效控制该制剂质量。
Objective：To establish the quality standards for compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream.Methods：Dexamethasone Acetate was identified by TLC.Urea was identified by chemistry method. The content of Dexamethasone Acetate was determined by HPLC.FlesultS：Dexamethasone Acetate could be identified by TLC.Urea could identified by chemistry method.The determination of Dexamethasone Acetate showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0622-0.5598μg,r=0.99997.The average recovery was lO0.79%,RSD was 1.10%.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream.
