摘要
：对１０种国产载体进行了筛选，发现用弱碱性大孔阴离子交换树脂Ｄ３８０固定氨基酰化酶的效果最好。研究出适宜的固定化条件，使固定化酶的湿酶活可达６２０μｍｏｌ／（ｈ·ｇ）。对其动力学性质的研究表明其米氏常数为 ７．１５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，并得到了合适的反应条件。
Ten kinds of carriers made in China were screened for immobilization of aminoacylase. It is found that D380 resin is the best. The conditions for immobilization were investigated, and the activity of complex of D380aminoacylase (wet) was 620 μmol/(h.g). The stable immobilized enzyme can be obtained, the study on its kinetics shows that the MichaelisMenten's constant of immobilized aminoacylase is 7.15 mmol/L.
