摘要
目的建立溶栓胶囊的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法对溶栓胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量进行测定。结果溶栓胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量在0.0339-0.3398mg的范围内，有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为9909％，RSD为1.28％。结论建立了溶栓胶囊的质量标准，该方法操作易行，稳定可靠，用于溶栓胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量，可以用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a standard for determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Rongshuan capsules. Method： Tanshinone ⅡA in Rongshuan capsules by HPLC. Result： The linear range of tanshinone Ⅱ A was 0.0339-0.3398 μ g, r=0.9999. The average recovery of tanshinone Ⅱ A was 99.09and RSD was 1.28%. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurte and can be used to determine tanshinone ⅡA in Rongshuan capsules and quality control of Rongshuan Capsules.
