摘要
目的了解恶性胸腔积液的药物治疗方法及辨证施护。方法总结了对恶性胸腔积液姑息性治疗方法及护理措施。结果药物胸腔化疗具有分子量大，水溶性，渗透力强等特点，可提高治疗效果，减少副作用。实施护理措施提高治愈率。结论增强人们对恶性胸腔积液的本质了解和认识，采取抗肿瘤广谱药物胸腔局部化疗，有效缓解症状，提高患者生活质量。
Objective Understanding of malignant pleural effusion of drug treatment and based Nursing.Methods Summary of malignant pleural effusion of paUiative treatment and care measures.Results Chemotherapy drugs chest with a large molecular weight, water-soluble, infiltration characteristics, can improve efficacy, reduce side effects. Carrying out nursing measures to improve the cure rate. Conclusion Enhance awareness of the nature of malignant pleural effusion knowledge and understanding of broad-spectrum anti-tumor drugs to the chest and local chemotherapy, effective to relieve symptoms and improve patient quality of life.
