摘要
饲料原料中的非淀粉多糖具有抗营养作用,使动物对含非淀粉多糖的饲料的利用率大大降低,如何提高这类饲料的利用率成为最近研究的热点。各项研究表明,非淀粉多糖酶能够显著改善这类饲料的利用率,提高饲料有效能,逐渐被应用于饲料生产。本文根据最新研究论述了非淀粉多糖的抗营养作用机理、非淀粉多糖酶如何提高饲料利用率的问题及应用非淀粉多糖酶存在的问题。
Non - starch polysaccharides(NSP) that exist in the animal feeds have anti - tro- phism and cut down the availability of animal feeds. It becomes the focus to study what can raise the availability of animal feeds. There are many researches which indicate that nonstarch po- lysaccharidase can improve the availability and the available energy of animal feeds significantly, so it is used in the production of animal feeds gradually. This article discuss the mechanism of ac- tion about the NSP's anti - trophism, how the non - starch Rolysaccharidase raise the availability of animal feeds and the problems that find in the use of non - starch polysaccharidase.
