摘要
本文介绍了并黄酮类化合物在临床、功能性食品、饲料添加剂方面的应用研究进展，并对其主要毒理机制和副效应作一综述，旨在为人和动物合理摄取异黄酮类化合物提供一定的科学依据。研究及实践表明：并黄酮类化合物对机体具有双重影响，因而应用时不可忽视其潜在毒性。
The researche advances on applying isoflavones into clinical medicine, functional food and feed additive and the chief toxic and adverse effects were summarized in this review. The objective is to give some advices of ingesting isoflavones for people and animals. Studies and prac- tices indicated that isoflavones have double - edged effects on body. So we mustnt ignore the po- tential toxicity at the same time of using them.
