溶菌酶是一种无毒、无害、安全性很高的盐基水解蛋白酶,被广泛应用于医药、食品、饲料等行业。本文从溶菌酶的性质、分类、作用机理、药理作用、分离纯化和应用等6个方面概述了溶菌酶的研究状况。
The lysozyme is a kind of base hydrolyzed protein enzyme, which is extensively utilized in the medicine , foods and animal feeds industry. In this article the investigation state of lysozyme is overviewed at six aspects that is property, classification, mechanism of action, pharmacological action, separation and purification and application.
