摘要
本文简述了牛磺酸的理化性质、作用机制。分析了牛磺酸在人和动物保健、畜禽及水产上的研究应用，并展望了今后牛磺酸的研究发展方向。
This thesis generalized the physical and chemical characteristics, functions of tau- fine, analysed the application of tufine in the research of animal health care, poultry and domes- tic animal and aquatic feeding, and forecast the development direction of tanfine research.
