摘要
本文综述镍的来源、在动物体内的组织分布及消化吸收、生物学功能、镍缺乏症和毒性，并阐明镍需要进一步研究的方向。
The biological functions, the metabolism and the sources of nickel, the toxicity and lack of nickel in animal have been reviewed in the paper. Meanwhile, some problems which should be further studied with nickel nutrition in animal have been put forward.
