摘要
植酸酶是一种能够水解植酸及其盐类的酶，水解释放出的磷易于被动物机体吸收，不仅可以减少磷的排泄量，又能防止环境污染。钙是动物主要的营养素，它可以影响植酸酶的活性。从经济效益分析，低日粮钙可以提高植酸酶的活性。
Phytase is an enzyme which can break down phytic acid, and the released phosphorus can be easily absorbed by animals, it will decrease the phosphrus excretion and keep envi- ronment from pollution . Calcium （Ca） is an essential element for normal growth of animals , it is one of the factors that can affect the phytase activity. From economic effect analyse, lower level of Ca dietary will improve the activity of the phytase.
