柴郁汤对小鼠应激性胃溃疡的预防作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察柴郁汤对小鼠应激性胃溃疡的预防作用。方法:采用束缚-水浸法制备小鼠应激性溃疡模型,检测溃疡指数、溃疡抑制率、血中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肝组织丙二醛(MDA)。结果:与正常组比较,模型组溃疡指数、ALT、MDA均显著增高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,柴郁汤高、中剂量组溃疡指数明显降低(P<0.01),柴郁汤高剂量组的溃疡指数(11.40±4.72)和溃疡抑制率(53.97%)分别与阳性药物(VitE并用雷尼替丁)对照组(阳性药物组)比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。柴郁汤高、中、低剂量组ALT和柴郁汤高、中剂量组MDA均明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),高剂量柴郁汤降低ALT的作用与阳性药物对照组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);柴郁汤对抑制胃溃疡的发生率、降低溃疡指数、ALT和MDA的作用均呈一定的量效关系。结论:柴郁汤对束缚-水浸法所致小鼠应激性胃溃疡具有预防作用,并能减轻肝损伤、脂质过氧化损伤。 Objective To inquire into the prophylaxis effect of Chai Yu Tang(柴郁汤)on stress ulcer of stomach.Methods The mice stress ulcer was produced through a constraint-water immersion method.Ulcer index(UI), ulcer-inhibition ratio, malondialdehyde(MDA) in hepatic tissue and alanine transaminase(ALT) in blood were determined.Results Compared with normal control group, the UI, ALT and MDA were all significantly increased in the model control group(P 〈0.01).Compared with the model control group, the UI was obviously decreased in the high and middle dosage groups of ChaiYuTang and positive drug control group(P 〈0.01);The ulcer-inhibition ratio in high dosage group of ChaiYuTang was higher than that in middle and low dosage groups of ChaiYuTang(P 〈0.01), and was near to the positive drug control group(P 〉0.05);ALT and MDA in the high, middle and low dosage groups of ChaiYuTang and positive drug control group were reduced significantly(P〈 0.01,P〈 0.05).Effect of ChaiYuTang on the ulcer-inhibition ratio, decrease in UI, ALT, MDA showed some dose-effect relationship.Conclusion ChaiYuTang is effective for the stress ulcer of stomach in mice produced through a constraint-water immersion method, ameliating lipid peroxidation damage and protecting liver function were possible mechanisms of prevention of stress gastric ulcer.
