摘要
利用二维成象器件作多通道分光光度计的接收器件,将从根本上消除光栅机械扫描。但与此同时,对多色仪的光学系统提出了特殊要求,即如何使光谱在象面上呈二维分布。本文提出两种能实现这一要求的方法,视场分割法和孔径分割法,并从系统结构、影响分辩率的因素、能量传递和抑制杂散光等各方面对这两种分割系统进行了详细分析。结论是,它们各有自己的优点,应根据具体要求适当选择。
The use of two-dimentional image detectors in multichannel spectrophotometers will eliminate the need of mechanical sweeping of gratings. But the polychromators are required to provide two-dimensional spectra. In this paper, two methods for fabricating such polychromators, field division method and aperture division method, are described. Detailed analyses of the two methods are made in the aspects of configuration, resolution, energy transfer and stray light depression. The conclusion is that they have advantages of their own and should be chosen according to the specific requirement.
