摘要
我们在对纳米TiO2样品进行差热分析(DTA)时发现,其DTA曲线上出现了两个吸热峰.通过对原始样品和一系列热处理样品进行X射线衍射(XRD)实验,我们证实:第一吸热峰对应于物理或化学吸附的脱除过程,第二吸热峰完全对应于纳米TiO2原始样品从板钛矿结构经锐钛矿结构向着金红石结构的相变;这一相变促成了纳米晶粒的生长.
Using DTA (Differential Thermal Analysis) measurement on the nanostructured TiO 2,we find two endothermic peaks on DTA curve.By XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) analysis on a series of heat-treating samples,we find some patterns as follows:the first endothermic peak corresponds to the desorption of physical or chemical absorption; the second one is related to the structural phase transition from brookite to rutile passing by anatase,and the growth of nanostructured crystalline grains will benefit from this structural transition.
