摘要
发现纳米γ-Fe2O3磁粉的DTA曲线上出现了一个不能重现的放热峰.X射线衍秀才射(XRD)分析证实此放热峰对应于从γ—Fe2O3向α-Fe2O3的结构相变.主要是结构相变和晶粒长大引起的.对比实验的结果表明,纳米γ-Fe2O3磁粉的结构相变温度明显高于普通的γ-Fe2O3磁粉.
By DTA (Differential Thermal Analysis) experiments on magnetic powder of nanostuctured γ-Fe2O3, an exothermal peak which is not repeatable on DTA curve was found. By XRD (X-Ray Difraction) experiments on original sample and its heat-treating samplcs, it was proved that the exothermal peak is related to the structural phase transition from nanostructured γ-Fe2O3 to α-Fe2O3 and the growth of nanoparticles will benefit from this transition. The comparative experiment shows that the structural tran-sition temperature of nanostructured γ-Fe2O3 is obviously higher than that of conventional γ-Fe2O3.
