中国女足运动员身体素质评价指标体系的建立 被引量:5

A Research on the Evaluation Indicator System of Physical Fitness of Chinese National Women's Soccer Players

摘要 本文的研究目的是建立我国优秀女足运动员身体素质评价指标体系,并制定单项评分量表和评价等级标准、综合评价等级标准。结果表明:利用层次分析法确定的指标权重为YO-YO测试为0.4,Illinois测试为0.32,跳跃测试为0.28。根据百分位数法建立了单项和综合指标评价等级标准,并利用鉴标法对其进行了验证,结果显示主客观评价结果的相关系数为0.76,说明此评价体系具有较高的效度,基本能够反映女足运动员的专项体能水平。 The goal of the paper is to build up the evaluating indicator system of the physical fitness of China's elite soccer players and make individual score scale,ranking and scoring standard and comprehensive scoring standard.The result shows that the weight of three indicators defined by AHP is 0.4 for YO-YO test,0.32 for Illinois test 0.32,and 0.28 for jumping test.The grade standards of individual and comprehensive indicators is defined with the percentile method,and verified by Kam-standard method,which shows that the results the correlation coefficient of objective and subjective evaluation is 0.76,indicating that this evaluation system has high validity,essential to reflect the fitness level of women's soccer players.
