摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定开胸顺气丸中木香烃内酯、去氢木香烃内酯、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(50∶8∶42);检测波长210nm;流速1.0mL·min-1。结果:开胸顺气丸中4种指标成分线性关系良好(r为0.9996～0.9999);回收率为97.49%～100.80%(RSD为0.92%～1.77%)。结论:所建方法专属性强,重复性好,可用于开胸顺气丸的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of costunolide, dehydrocostuslactone, magnolol and honokiol in Kaix- iong Shunqi Pills. Methods： An HPLC was applied,using analytical column of Kromasil C18 （4. 6 mm×250mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- menthanol-water （50： 8： 42）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 with the detection wavelength at 210 nm. Results： In the linear range the correlation coefficients ranged from 0. 999 6 to 0. 999 9. The average recoveries were 97.49% - 100. 80% with corresponding RSD of 0. 92% -1.77%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is specific and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Kaixiong Shunqi Pills.
