摘要
在工业控制中,温度控制系统是一个具有时变、非线性、滞后、超调量大的系统,常规PID控制器很难达到良好的控制效果。为此分析了常规PID控制器和模糊控制器的特点,根据生物的免疫系统功能,设计了一种模糊免疫PID控制器。仿真结果表明,模糊免疫PID控制器具有良好的控制品质,为工业过程中的温度控制提供了一种方法。
In industrial control,temperature control system is a time-varying,nonlinear and large amount of overshoot system,so conventional PID controller is difficult to achieve good control effect.According to the biological function of the immune system,this paper analyzes the characteristics of conventional PID controller and fuzzy controller,designs a fuzzy immune PID controller.Simulation results show that the fuzzy immune PID controller has good control quality for industrial temperature control and it provides a method for industrial process temperature control.
