摘要
用神经网络方法对木材干燥窑PID控制系统进行系统辨识,并在此基础上用免疫PID算法取代传统PID算法进行PID参数的在线寻优,从而更加准确地控制干燥窑的温度和湿度的过程。仿真结果表明,新的控制系统在稳定性、动态性能等方面都有明显提高。
Neural net was used to conduct the system distinguishing to PID control system of wood drying kiln, on the basis of above, immune PID algorithm was taken to find the best PID parameters on line instead of the traditional PID algorithm, so as to control the drying kiln' s temperature and humidity courses, the emulate results showed new control system improved evidently from the aspects of stability and dynamic property.
