摘要
以某PTA RPF循环鼓风机叶轮为例,采用三维有限元方法,对叶轮与轴过盈配合的装配应力、工作转速时的动态应力及其固有频率进行了有限元计算与分析。着重分析了整个叶轮的应力分布和变形以及改进措施,在强度方面为叶轮的设计提供理论依据,以达到改进叶轮结构的目的。
Based on the impellers of a PTA RPF circular blower,the finite element calculation and analysis were made of the assemble stress,dynamic stress in operation,and inherent frequency of the interference fit of the impeller and shaft using 3D finite element method.The stress distribution,deformation,and improvements of the whole impeller were emphatically analyzed,a theoretical basis was provided for the design of the impellers in strength to improve the structure of the impellers.
