摘要
目的:分析评价监测结果,发现存在问题,提出对策及时改进,控制医院感染。方法:按《消毒技术规范》对医院消毒与灭菌质量采用随机抽样进行检测。结果:5年共检测各类样品3077份,合格2978份,检测合格率为96.8%;无菌物品和压力蒸汽灭菌微生物的合格率最高为100.0%,其次是使用中消毒液为99.3%;空气、物体表面和医护人员手的合格率依次为85.5%、91.6%、94.4%。结论:空气、物体表面、医护人员手合格率欠佳,应是今后整改的重点。在医院消毒效果质量方面需要加强监督管理、技术知识培训,提高医院感染的控制能力。
Objective：To analyze and evaluate monitoring results and find problems to come up with strategies to improve timely manner to control hospital infection.Methods：According to ＂Disinfection technical specifications＂ on the quality of hospital disinfection and sterilization,a random sample used for testing.Results：A total of 5 years,testing various types of samples were 3077,2978 were qualified to detect a pass rate of 96.8%;sterile and pressure steam sterilization micro-organisms pass rate up to 100.0%,followed by the use of disinfectant was 99.3%;air,surface and medical personnel followed by the hand pass rate 85.5%,91.6%,94.4%.Conclusion：Air,surface,hand-passing rate of poor health care workers,should be the focus of rectification.The quality of disinfection in hospitals need to strengthen supervision and management,technical knowledge and training,to improve hospital infection control.
