摘要
建立通解口服液中的大黄、茜草、蒲黄的鉴别方法。方法利用薄层色谱鉴别通解口服液中的大黄、茜草、蒲黄。结果对处方中的三味药材进行了薄层色谱分析。斑点清晰。相互间分离良好。专属性强。空白试验表明阴性样本对照药材的鉴别没有干扰。结论该方法简便可行。重现性好。为通解口服液质量控制提供方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the identification of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Et Rhizoma Rubiae,pollen Typhae in the priscription of Tongjie oral.METHDOS Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Et Rhizoma Rubiae,pollen Typhae were identified by thin-layer-chromatography.RESULTS Three contents in the prescription were analyzed.The methods were strong specificitied and the blank test showed no interference.CONCLUSION The methods are simple,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for quatity control of Tongjie oral.
