摘要
采用盆栽培养法,以7个河南道地红花品种为材料,研究了NaCl(0、50、100、150、200mmol/L)胁迫对叶绿素(Chl)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白及抗氧化酶(SOD,POD和CAT)7项生理指标的影响,并用隶属函数法对7个红花品种的耐盐性进行了综合评定.结果表明,在一定范围内随着NaCl浓度的增加,延津红花和刺红花幼苗Chl含量先升高后下降,其它品种均呈下降趋势;盐胁迫下MDA和SS含量较对照均有显著增加,而可溶性蛋白含量先升高后下降;除封丘红花SOD活性及南阳红花POD活性随盐浓度升高逐渐下降之外,其它品种3种抗氧化酶活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势.依据7项指标,应用隶属函数法,得出耐盐性的大小顺序为:封丘红花>白沙二号>南阳红花>延津大红袍>延津红花>刺红花、虞城红花.
Exposure of safflower seedlings to NaCl stress (0,50,100,150,200 mmol/L) for 7 d,seven physiological characteristics including the amount of chlorophyll (Chl),malondialdehyde (MDA),soluble sugar (SS),soluble protein,as well as the activity of three antioxidant enzymes (SOD,POD,and CAT) are investigated. The comprehensive salt tolerant ability of these species is analyzed by subordinate function values. The results show that the total chlorophyll content of Yanjin safflower and Ci safflower increased firstly,then reduced,While others decrease gradually with increasing concentrations of NaCl,The content of MDA and SS increased,Though the soluble protein content increases at first,and decreases at end. The SOD activity of Fengqiu safflower and POD activity of Nanyang safflower reduce while the three antioxidant enzymes of other species increase firstly,then decline. According to seven physiological characteristics and subordinate function values,the rank of salt tolerant ability of these species is that Fengqiu safflower,Baisha No.2,Nanyang safflower,Yanjindahongpao ,Yanjin safflower,Ci safflower and Yucheng safflower.
