摘要
网络计费在整个网络管理中具有重要作用．本文介绍了基于数据库的网络计费系统的设计，就计费数据处理、系统管理、帐单管理、用户管理等模块分别进行介绍．该系统功能设计较为完善，采用面向对象技术，具有较好的扩展性和可移植性．
Network accounting is very important in the whole network management. The design of network accounting system based on database is discussed in this paper, including four parts:accounting data processing and management in the system, bills and users- The system adopts object- orienting technique, having preferable expansibility and portability.
