摘要
介绍了一个基于网关的计费系统,该系统集计费、账务处理、查询、报表打印于一体,利用网关收集用户上网数据,针对用户账户实时收费.该系统提供流量和时间两种计费方式,可以选择包月、预交费或普通交费,可灵活设定优惠时间段、优惠率以及时间和流量阈值等.
A gateway-charge system is presented which incorporates charging, account dealing, querying and document printing etc. Based on the principle of the gateway, data stream of users is gathered and charges are collected on time according to the users＂ account. It provides two kinds of charge mode （ time and flow ）, three kinds of pay mode （monthly, pay-in-advance and ordinary） and sets favorable time-segment and favorable discount rate for certain conditions.
