摘要
在全球化及在全球可持续发展理念及"人本主义"思想影响下,如何在保护历史街区的前提下延续城市文脉、提升区域的活力、创造与时代背景相融合的新文化,仍然是当前历史街区保护与更新需要重点研究的课题。武汉市青岛路历史街区保护与更新规划基于文化生态理念,从物质文化形态层面、文化与社会经济层面及文化价值与社会民生层面提出规划重点。
Many researches have been made on conservation and renewal of historic district.However,under the influence of globalization,sustainable development concept and ＂humanism＂,and the challenges of continuing urban context,enhancing region vigour and creating new culture under the conservation are important aspects for a research.Based on cultural ecology concept,this paper brings forward the keystone of conservation and renewal of historical district.After that,the paper discusses concrete measures for conservation and renewal case study as the historic district in Qingdao road.
