摘要
随着城镇化进程的推进,农民工社会保障问题日益突出。主要表现在:农民工参保率低;社会保障不完善;统筹范围小、层次低。构建我国农民工社会保障制度,应加强社会保障立法建设;尽快消除制度障碍;扩大社会保障覆盖面;分层次推进农民工社会保障制度建设;组建劳务公司。
With the advance of urbanization process,the problem of migrant worker＇s social security becomes more and more serious,which mainly shown in the following three aspects：the percentage of migrant workers involved in the social security is low;the system of social security is not sound;the scope is small and the level is low.To construct China＇s social security system of migrant workers,we should strengthen the law construction in social security;we should erase the institutional obstacles as soon as possible;we should enlarge the scope of social security;we should promote the migrant workers＇ social security institution level by level;we should construct labor corporation.
