摘要
二十多年来,我国的金融体系发生了深刻的变化,随着我国金融体制改革向更深层次推进,金融体系还会发生新的变化。在这样一个金融体系形成、变迁的过程中,始终伴随着激烈的观点争论和严重的意见分歧。对人们密切关注的有关银监会的设立和商业银行的前景两个方面的问题进行深入的讨论,可以从中得出一些有价值的启示。
In the past 20 years, profound changes have taken place in China's financial system, while with the deepening of the reform of financial system, new changes will continue to occur. The essay expounds the controversies and disagreements in the course of the formation and evolution of China's financial system and discusses on the two closely concerned issues of the establishment of the Banking Supervision Commission, and the prospect of commercial banks so as to derive some valuable enlightenment.
